About

Principal‑driven advisory for institutional deal execution and ongoing governance across the investment lifecycle. Mandates span capital decisions and transactions for private investors, family offices, and investment funds deploying capital; founders and executives executing major initiatives; and investment platforms requiring capital formation, disciplined underwriting, and structuring.

Since 2020, Eric has advised on over $5bn of value across more than 50 deals and remains engaged with select companies in board‑level strategic finance and CFO roles.

Eric applies an institutional standard across mandates, combining transaction execution from investment banking, underwriting discipline from institutional investing, and operator‑side judgment to strategic initiatives—emphasizing structure, downside control, and durable value creation. He also has access to a network of industry executives and experts across a range of sectors.
